Exchange, complain and refunds

FREE REFUNDS

Individualist-beauty.com offers free refunds within 30 days because we want you to be happy with our products.

If you are not satisfied with an item that you have purchased, you have up to 30 days (from the day on which you or a third party of you, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the last goods) to send it back. All refunds will be credited to the original form of payment.

Unfortunately, we can no longer process refunds that we receive later than 30 days (from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last goods).

If you received a free product or gift with your purchase, this must also be returned in order to receive credit for the original form of payment. Returns that do not include the free product or gift will be credited towards a future purchase at individualist-beauty.com. Samples are excluded from this.
